It was once quoted that "goblets are the hardest object to create in glass and when a glassworker can acheive that, they can achieve anything". Hence begun my journey.

It was my primary intent to create the perfect goblet but there is so much to glassworking that I love. I am still just so in awe with the process. Sometimes it's like the glass is in drive and all I can do is steer. Because of that I like the challenge of drawing a piece and trying to keep it as close to the original drawing as possible. I feel like: me vs. glass, who will win this time. I love the challenge and that connection to the glass is what keeps my desire high to get out there and make more.

My maturation as an artist has led me to this new chapter of documenting my work, creating a website and getting my name out there. I begun this chapter early in the year of 2008. This has become an ever evolving endevor that broadens my respect for what glass and business have to offer. In the pages to follow are some snapshots throughout the past year, I hope you enjoy!
